Shipping, approval, return and refund policies
I want to ensure my valued collectors and art enthusiasts are pleased with their new art purchase; therefore, if purchased art does not provide the desired appearance or effect in your home, office, or public spaces, I offer a 7-day Return Policy. This allows the artwork to be returned in its original condition for a full refund. If the artwork is returned damaged, of course, I will not accept the return and 100% of the sale price will be retained. Commissioned artwork and artwork altered at the request of the client are not included in this Return Policy.
To be eligible for a refund, I must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the purchase. Once I have been notified that artwork will be returned, the buyer has 5 days from the day I was contacted to return the work through hand-delivery or via a shipping company. A tracking number must be provided with return shipments.
If there is no notification directly to me, Helen Buck, the artist, of the intent to return artwork within 7 days of receipt or if the artwork in question is not returned to the gallery within 5 days of notification, there will be NO Refund.
Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. I will arrange all packing and shipping to my clients and this cost will be part of the invoice payable in advance of receipt of the artwork. Should return shipping be required, please review the “eligible for refund” notation above. The costs for return shipping and packing is the responsibility of the client.
For local Austin area buyers, arrangements for personal delivery are included with the purchase within 30 miles of Austin.
